Q. What are the Community Room operating hours?
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Last booking of day starts 3pm.
Q. What is the rental fee for the community room?
Depending on entity/group using the room the fee will be payable on arrival, commercial entities can be invoiced upon presentation of an order number.
Q. Will the room be shared with other groups during the event?
No, the room be exclusively for you to use for your booking period.
Q. Is catering available?
Yes
Q. Is liquor permitted at the community room?
No
Q. What’s your cancellation policy ?
Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking time.
Q. Is the room wheelchair accessible ?
Yes, the building has wheelchair access.
Q. What are Terms of Service?
Room to be left in a clean and tidy state after use.
